![]() ![]() NieR Replicant ver 1.22 (Not an update, just the game title) has something pretty wild once you get Ending D. I guess games like Cave Story+, Fez or Braid can also be similar in some ways. I saw other recommendations that could maybe fit the description, like La-Mulana or Noita, but I haven't played those yet. Tunic : This one isn't really post-game because the entire game is cryptic, but all the Golden Path stuff and deciphering the manual is enough for this game to make the list. Ittle Dew 2+ : All the things related to the Dream World, the almost impossible to find secrets around the map. The quest to get every hidden cards and special objects begins here. Anodyne : Just before the final boss, you unlock the Swap Tool which let you swap tiles in the game, making it possible to go out of bounds everywhere, but many places hides secrets. If you look at the Steam Guide for the post-game content, you will understand what I'm talking about (deciphering an alien language, running at every corner of the map to find hidden switches, almost impossible without a guide.) Environmental Station Alpha : The ending might be weird for some, so the quest for the real final boss starts here. SPOILER ALERT FOR THE FOLLOWING GAMES !!! : ![]() ![]() Games like Environmental Station Alpha, Anodyne, Ittle Dew 2+ or Tunic. Games that seemingly ends once you beat the final boss, only to realise there's still a lot to do, but well hidden enough that most people will completely pass over it without even knowing the existence of that content. I am looking for a very specific type of video games, which are games with cryptic and weird post-game content. r/lowendgaming - Game suggestions for yesterday's hardware This includes key resellersįor more information about these rules click here This includes referral links.ĭon't enable, encourage, or link to piracy.
